These terms cover your purchase of The $10 Plumber, the collection of five digital books by Lenny the Plumber, and any other digital books sold on this website.
What you're buying
Digital books in PDF format, for your personal use. You may print them for yourself and your household. Please don't resell, share publicly or upload them elsewhere.
Payments and delivery
Payments are processed by Hotmart, which also delivers the books to the email you give at checkout. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and charged once; there is no subscription.
Refunds
See our refund policy: 30 days, full refund through Hotmart, no questions asked.
Safety notice
Gas, electricity and the main sewer line are jobs for a licensed professional. Never work on a gas line, a gas water heater's burner or gas valve, or anything electrical beyond flipping a breaker or a reset button. Never open the main sewer line or its cleanout plug. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company from outside. If water is near outlets, cords or the electric panel, stay out of it and call a professional.
Always turn the water off before you start, follow the safety notes in the books and the instructions on any product you use, and stop and call a licensed plumber whenever a page says so, or whenever you are unsure.

Lenny is the voice and character of our YouTube channel. The books collect common home plumbing fixes and typical 2026 plumber prices in US cities; no real business is described. They are general information, not a substitute for a licensed plumber, your local plumbing code or your landlord's rules. Plumber prices and parts prices change from town to town. The books don't recommend chemical drain cleaners. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, and brand names belong to their owners.
