Refund policy

If the books aren't what you hoped, you get your money back within 30 days of buying them. No reason needed.

How to ask for it

Ask for the refund through Hotmart, the platform you paid on: open the purchase email from Hotmart, or go to Hotmart's purchase help page, and request the refund. Or write to bagasystudio@gmail.com from the email you used to buy, say you'd like a refund, and we process it for you through Hotmart.

Where the money goes

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Hotmart. Your bank shows the money back in its own processing time, usually 5 to 10 business days.

After 30 days

After 30 days, sales are final, because the books are digital files you already have.

If you were charged twice, or something went wrong with the payment, write to us any time and we put it right.
